It is our desire that if you are not beyond thrilled with your print, or should have any other issues, that you contact us. We are dedicated to our craft & your satisfaction.

Refund Policy

You should contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing with:

  1. Your name
  2. A detailed description of the problem
  3. Your order number
  4. Some pictures of the issue

Acceptable Return(s)

If your print product has a defect, we will fix or replace it at our expense. If you return your product, we will issue you a credit for its full value. Products can be returned to:
